VP – Infrastructure (Digital Infrastructure)

About the role

A leading global investment bank is recruiting a Vice President for its Infrastructure team, following continued growth and strong transaction activity. The platform has an established presence across Australia and covers infrastructure broadly, with a particular specialisation in Digital Infrastructure. The role is open to candidates based in Sydney or Melbourne, with flexibility between offices.

Key responsibilities

• Take a leading role in transaction execution across the full deal lifecycle
• Work closely with Managing Directors on origination and client coverage
• Manage day-to-day client relationships
• Coordinate execution processes
• Play an active role in developing and mentoring junior bankers

Required profile

• Ideally 6-9 years of relevant investment banking or corporate advisory experience
• Strong track record in M&A execution
• Prior infrastructure experience is highly important; exposure to Digital Infrastructure is particularly valued
• Candidates are encouraged from global investment banks, leading advisory platforms, infrastructure developers or investing platforms, or high-quality Big 4 Corporate Finance teams
