About the role
The position is a Vice President role within an established Industrials coverage team at a leading investment bank in Perth. You will advise corporate clients on M&A, capital raising and broader strategic matters across a range of industrial subsectors.
Key responsibilities
- Lead transaction processes from inception to completion, working closely with senior bankers and clients.
- Develop existing client relationships, identify new business opportunities and strengthen the team’s sector presence.
Required profile
- 5‑8 years of experience in investment banking or M&A advisory.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation and transaction management capabilities.
