Financial Accountant

About the role

Reporting to the Senior Financial Accountant, you will ensure the integrity of the general ledger and supporting documentation across multiple Tattarang entities. You will also contribute to ongoing process improvements and ad‑hoc finance workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Process transactional activities such as bank reconciliations, intercompany recharges, credit‑card expenses, travel, and accruals.
• Review and approve payment runs, prepare month‑end and year‑end balance‑sheet reconciliations, and maintain the general ledger in line with accounting standards.
• Maintain the fixed‑asset register, calculate depreciation, and complete month‑end journal entries for accruals and pre‑payments.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, support tax queries, assist with external audits, and help with budgeting and re‑forecasting.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects and perform ad‑hoc accounting duties as required.

Required profile

• CA/CPA or equivalent accounting qualification.
• Demonstrated experience as an accountant.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Self‑starter who can work with limited supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
