VIP Travel Consultant – Corporate Travel Specialist

About the role

FCM is seeking a VIP Travel Consultant to manage high‑value corporate travel for a select group of VIP clients. You will use your expertise in fares and complex itineraries to deliver seamless travel experiences across air, car, hotel and ground transport.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end corporate travel bookings, including international itineraries.
• Create and optimise complex travel plans using the Sabre GDS platform.
• Maintain service levels in line with client SLAs and account guidelines.
• Build and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry standards.
• Support team members and contribute to a high‑performing culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in travel consulting or travel management.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Positive attitude with a drive to succeed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Sabre GDS (or similar global distribution system).
• Expertise in fare calculation and building complex itineraries.
• Experience with self‑ticketing is an advantage.
