Contract Manager – Transport Operations

About the role

Goldstar Transport is looking for an experienced Contract Manager to lead the delivery of a major transport contract in Wangara, Western Australia. Reporting to the COO, you will ensure safe, efficient and profitable operations while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Drive operational and commercial performance, including revenue, profitability, productivity, fleet utilisation and cost management.
• Lead workforce and capacity planning to meet current and future customer requirements.
• Identify and mitigate operational, commercial and capacity risks.
• Build senior relationships with customers, suppliers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Provide decisive leadership during disruptions, critical incidents and competing priorities.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in transport operations or contract management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of CoR, fatigue management and heavy‑vehicle legislation.
• Strong commercial experience with accountability for budgets, KPIs and profitability.
• Proven ability to manage key customer relationships and commercial discussions in a B2B environment.
