Demand Planner – Home Solutions

About the role

Schneider Electric is seeking a Demand Planner for Home Solutions to join its Supply Chain Planning team supporting Australia and New Zealand. The role drives forecast excellence, enables supply‑chain readiness and supports regional growth ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end demand forecasting for Home Solutions, managing both OG and IG demand.
• Develop and maintain statistical forecasts, perform causal and outlier analysis.
• Drive collaborative demand reviews with Sales, Marketing, Finance and key customers.
• Coordinate product life‑cycle events (NPI, EOL, promotions, pricing changes) and integrate project pipelines.
• Own forecast accuracy (MAPE, bias), conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Provide unconstrained demand to supply planning, support inventory optimisation and service‑level improvements.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Proven experience in supply‑chain planning (demand, supply, logistics or production).
• Advanced expertise in statistical forecasting and demand modelling.
• Planning certification (IBF or equivalent) strongly preferred.
