Village and Sales Manager

About the role

Keyton, which runs more than 65 retirement villages across Australia, is looking for a Village and Sales Manager to lead a village such as Trinity Green. The role combines village operations, sales and community leadership, guiding residents and prospective residents through their move into retirement while driving occupancy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations and performance of the village.
• Create an exceptional experience for residents, families and prospective residents at every stage.
• Drive occupancy through prospect engagement, community relationships and local marketing.
• Lead and develop the village team.
• Build relationships with residents, committees and stakeholders, including presenting at village meetings and AGMs.
• Manage budgets, compliance, contractor relationships and operational planning.
• Foster a welcoming, connected and inclusive community.

Required profile

• Natural relationship builder who leads with empathy and takes accountability.
• Comfortable balancing community leadership with sales accountability.
• Ownership mindset, quick to build trust and authentic communicator.
• Experience in retirement living, property, hospitality, health, aged care, community services, real estate or another customer-focused leadership environment is highly regarded; sales or business development experience is also valued.
• Must hold an Agent's Representative Certificate (or be willing to obtain it).
• First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain it).
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
• Police check required; annual flu vaccination between May and November with supporting documents before joining.
