Veterinary Nurse – Casual or Part‑Time

About the role

Greencross Vets Midland is seeking an experienced Veterinary Nurse to join a supportive team on a casual or part‑time basis. You will work in a busy general practice while gaining exposure to emergency and critical care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care across all aspects of veterinary practice, including surgical assistance and anaesthetic monitoring.
• Support clients throughout their pet’s journey, building strong relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with veterinarians and fellow nurses to share knowledge and mentor junior staff.

Required profile

• Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent) with 2+ years of clinical experience.
• Advanced Registration with the Veterinary Practice Board of Western Australia is highly regarded.
• Highly organised, reliable, and a genuine team player.

Required skills

• Proficient in veterinary nursing procedures, surgical nursing, and anaesthetic monitoring.
• Strong animal handling abilities and attention to detail.
