About the role

Greencross Roseville is seeking an experienced Veterinary Director to lead a well‑established clinic on Sydney’s Upper North Shore. The role offers flexible hours (minimum 30 hrs/week) with no after‑hours or Sunday shifts, allowing you to balance leadership responsibilities with personal lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a dedicated veterinary and nursing team.
• Maintain and elevate clinical standards across the clinic.
• Provide clear, experienced leadership and foster a culture of consistency, communication, and accountability.
• Strengthen client relationships and ensure continuity of care.

Required profile

• Qualified veterinarian with at least 4 years of experience.
• Proven leadership capability, preferably with prior team‑lead or director experience.
• Commitment to sustainable workloads and high‑quality client care.

Required skills

• Proficiency in veterinary ultrasound.
• Experience with exotics and small mammals.
