Rehabilitation Consultant

About the role

Join Recovre’s national rehabilitation team as a Rehabilitation Consultant, supporting injured clients across workers compensation, life and CTP insurance schemes. The role is based in Melbourne with a flexible hybrid working arrangement after probation.

Key responsibilities

• Actively manage a client portfolio, delivering personalised injury and illness recovery support.
• Establish collaborative partnerships with clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to achieve safe, sustainable outcomes.
• Conduct vocational and non‑vocational assessments to guide return‑to‑work plans.
• Contribute to a supportive workplace culture where colleagues feel valued.
• Manage time effectively while working on‑site, in the office and remotely as chosen.

Required profile

• Qualified Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Osteopath or Chiropractor.
• Registration with AHPRA or ESSA (AEP) and a valid driver’s licence with reliable vehicle access.
• Strong influencing skills and ability to empower clients in their recovery journey.
• Collaborative mindset and experience working in a multidisciplinary team (experience in workplace rehabilitation desirable).

• Knowledge of workplace rehabilitation and injury management processes.
