Venue Manager – Mee So

About the role

As the Venue Manager for Mee So, you will lead day‑to‑day operations of this vibrant Asian‑inspired venue alongside the hotel’s breakfast service, delivering memorable guest experiences from morning rush to evening service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of venue operations, including beverage curation, menu execution and service standards.
• Lead, develop and motivate a high‑performing team to ensure consistent, high‑quality guest experiences.
• Manage breakfast operations and coordinate with hotel departments to maintain seamless service.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a fast‑paced restaurant, bar or hotel food‑and‑beverage operation.
• Hands‑on, energetic leadership style with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
• Availability to work a rotating roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Valid NSW RSA and full Australian working rights.
