VCE Coordinator – Online Senior Secondary Leader

About the role

Due to significant enrolment growth, ACC Victoria Online is expanding its secondary and VCE teaching team for 2027. We are seeking an experienced and highly organised VCE Coordinator to lead the effective delivery of our VCE program in an online learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement a range of teaching programs or courses of study.
• Use ICT learning platforms, particularly Canvas, to deliver online instruction.
• Provide a child‑safe environment and follow all child safety policies.
• Teach senior year curriculum areas and develop online VCE courses.
• Maintain records of attendance and student progress, and manage student welfare.

Required profile

• Committed Christian, comfortable sharing faith.
• High expectations for academic and behavioural outcomes.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyse educational data and implement improvement strategies.
• Willingness to collaborate with staff, students and families.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canvas learning platform.
