Years 9‑12 Coordinator – Online School

About the role

The Years 9‑12 Coordinator provides pastoral, academic and organisational leadership for senior students at ACC Victoria Online. Reporting to the Head of Distance Education, the role strengthens engagement, wellbeing and pathway readiness across Years 9‑12.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee cohort support, case management and consistent expectations for senior students.
• Collaborate with the VCE Coordinator and Head of Senior Secondary on pathways, compliance and program delivery.
• Plan and implement online teaching programs, maintain attendance records and monitor student progress.
• Participate in staff meetings, devotions and professional development activities.

Required profile

• Committed Christian willing to share faith and model the school’s values.
• Registered with the Victorian Institute of Teaching and hold a recognised teaching qualification.
• Evidence of right to work in Australia and a current Working with Children Check.
• Excellent organisational skills and a servant‑heart attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ICT learning platforms, especially Canvas.
• Ability to teach senior curriculum subjects and develop online VCE courses.
• Demonstrated capacity to improve student learning outcomes in line with Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.
