Value Architect (AI Strategy & Value Realisation)

About the role

Value Architects determine where AI creates meaningful business impact, identify opportunities to pursue, and define how success will be measured. They work with client executives and delivery teams to build a credible value case that funds transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients and Avanade Next teams to identify, quantify and prioritize AI opportunities, assessing value pools and feasibility.
• Build value hypotheses, business cases and baselines, translating AI capabilities into narratives for CFOs, COOs and Boards.
• Track realised versus projected benefits throughout delivery, reporting variance and recommending scope adjustments when needed.
• Collaborate with FDEs and Trust Architects, contributing verified outcomes to the APAC value library and supporting outcome‑based commercial models.

Required profile

• 5+ years in strategy consulting, business transformation, value engineering or finance.
• Strong financial modelling skills and comfort working with incomplete data.
• Understanding of AI value drivers with enough technical fluency to challenge engineering estimates.
• Proven ability to engage senior client stakeholders under pressure.
• Experience delivering measurable benefits on programmes and clear written/verbal reasoning.
• Australian citizenship preferred; permanent residents also considered.
