Transport Allocation Support Role

About the role

The Transport Allocation Support role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Epping, VIC. You will assist the transport team in scheduling and allocating vehicles and drivers to meet customer delivery requirements, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily transport scheduling and allocation of vehicles and drivers to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Monitor delivery runs and update booking and allocation systems in real time.
• Communicate changes or issues to drivers, customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate fleet movements and maintain accurate records.
• Support compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Respond to queries and resolve minor operational issues.

Required profile

• Experience in transport, logistics or fleet coordination.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with drivers, customers and team members.
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with scheduling or allocation systems.
• Basic data‑entry competence.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools.
