Stockroom Coach / Retail Supervisor

About the role

Nike is seeking a motivated Stockroom Coach to lead back‑of‑house operations at its Gold Coast store. You will ensure product availability, support the sales team, and uphold health and safety standards while delivering a high‑energy, brand‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily re‑stocking, product turnover and stock maintenance.
• Lead the logistics team to meet performance targets and support sales objectives.
• Oversee workplace health and safety practices, ensuring compliance at all times.
• Drive financial results by optimizing logistics processes.

Required profile

• Previous logistics or warehousing experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to manage a team and organise tasks efficiently.
• Attention to detail and ability to interpret reports.
