Trade Support Team Member

About the role

A casual position is available at the Kingston Clennett's Mitre 10 store for an experienced Trade Support Team Member. The role supports the Trade Sales Team with administrative tasks and helps deliver excellent service to trade customers. It is rostered between 7am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with Trade Account Managers to support trade account customers.
• Carry out general administrative duties to support the Trade Sales team.
• Process customer orders and prepare quotes accurately and efficiently.
• Arrange and book site deliveries, coordinating with customers and internal teams.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and helpfully.
• Maintain accurate data and documentation.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in administration or customer support.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to communicate clearly with customers and suppliers by phone and email.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced trade business.
• Flexibility to work across a 5-day trading week roster.
• Ability to work well in a diverse team.
• Trade or building industry experience is an advantage but not essential.
