Trade Marketing Specialist – Professional & Consumer Channels

About the role

Join Stanley Black & Decker as a Trade Marketing Specialist in Melbourne/Box Hill, working on either the DEWALT Professional Channel or the Consumer Channel. You will use data‑driven insights and advanced analytics to shape trade promotions and drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Managers and Product Category Managers to maximise sales and profitability using advanced analytics (Excel, AI).
• Develop, execute and track product‑based trade marketing promotions and customer‑specific programs.
• Own pricing and SGM for programmes, and analyse financial performance of promotional activities.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and AI applications for marketing analytics.
• Strong presentation skills in PowerPoint, both in‑person and online.
• Strategic thinking, commercial acumen and a results‑oriented, numbers‑driven approach.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
