Trade Marketing Specialist – DEWALT Professional & Consumer Channels

About the role

Join Stanley Black & Decker as a Trade Marketing Specialist, working on either the DEWALT Professional Channel or the Consumer Channel. You will use data‑driven insights and advanced analytics to shape trade promotions and drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Managers and Category Managers to maximise sales and profitability using Excel and AI‑based analytics.
• Design, launch and monitor product‑based trade promotions and customer‑specific programs.
• Own pricing and SGM for targeted programs and open‑market promotions.
• Track and analyse financial performance of promotional activities.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and AI applications for marketing analytics.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills, both in‑person and online.
• Strategic thinking, commercial acumen and a numbers‑driven approach.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Tertiary qualification in a related discipline (desirable) and prior product‑based trade marketing experience.
