Tractor Operator / Yard Hand - Marine

About the role

Telwater, Australia's largest manufacturer of trailered boats, is looking for a Tractor Operator / Yard Hand to join its boat manufacturing factory in Coomera. The role involves operating a small tractor to move boats and trailers safely around the site, with some general labouring across the site. It is a full-time, permanent position working 6am to 2:30pm Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) at $32.01 per hour.

Required profile

• Ability to reverse trailers confidently
• Full Australian working rights
• Willingness to learn; all training is provided
• Good organisational skills, time management and reliability with great attendance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to lift, handle and perform general labouring tasks regularly
• Willingness to develop skills within boat building operations
