Factory Labourer - Boat Manufacturing

About the role

Telwater, Australia's largest manufacturer of trailered boats, is hiring factory labourers for its boat manufacturing and production factory in Coomera due to increased production. The roles cover machine operators, production labourers and trades assistants. They are full-time, permanent positions, Monday to Friday 6am to 2:30pm (40 hours per week), with an hourly rate starting at $32.01 plus productivity and monthly bonuses.

Required profile

• Reliable with great attendance
• Physically fit for manual work
• Full Australian working rights
• Attention to detail and pride in the quality of work
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in boat building operations

Required skills

• Ability to operate machinery, power tools and hand tools
• Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn how to efficiently process components for large boat products
• Lifting, handling and folding sheet metal
