Territory Manager – Surgical

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a driven Territory Manager for its Surgical business to accelerate revenue growth of the Hernia Care Technologies portfolio across New South Wales. Reporting to the Senior Regional Sales Manager, you will help expand market share and support surgeons with innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Medtronic’s Hernia portfolio within the assigned territory to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Develop and strengthen long‑term relationships with surgeons, hospital decision‑makers, and distribution partners.
• Identify new business opportunities, assess customer needs and deliver tailored product solutions.
• Provide product support, clinical education and training to ensure optimal adoption.
• Plan and execute territory growth strategies and conduct market analysis to track trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical, Operations and R&D teams to convey customer insights and support product innovation.

Required profile

• Minimum education: High School Diploma (Year 12).
• Proven sales experience selling medical devices into hospitals with a successful track record.
• Strong understanding of the Australian public and private healthcare systems and experience working in operating theatres.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
