Territory Manager – Emergency Care

About the role

Join Stryker’s Emergency Care division as a Territory Manager based in Melbourne, overseeing the metro area and occasional travel to Tasmania. You will own the sales and growth of defibrillation and patient monitoring solutions used in emergency departments, intensive care units, cardiac catheter labs and acute care settings.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve territory targets for the Emergency Care portfolio.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clinicians, nurses, biomedical engineers and hospital decision‑makers.
• Deliver product demonstrations, clinical education and in‑hospital support for defibrillation and monitoring technologies.
• Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with internal Stryker teams to ensure exceptional service.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of clinical, medical‑device or B2B sales experience with a proven record of winning new business.
• Proactive, growth‑oriented mindset with strong commercial acumen and ability to influence hospital purchasing decisions.
• Comfortable engaging with emergency, cardiac and critical‑care teams and presenting complex solutions.

Required skills

• Ability to analyse sales data and trends for forecasting and opportunity identification.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
