About the role

Join Robert Half’s Business & Digital Transformation and Technology Practice as a Technology Sourcing Consultant. You will help candidates find opportunities they wouldn’t discover on their own while delivering tailored talent solutions to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Grow and nurture a network of candidates and business relationships to develop new and existing opportunities.
• Build and maintain talent pools and candidate pipelines for technology roles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement, ensuring the right person is matched to the right job.
• Analyse market trends and share insights with clients to inform hiring strategies.
