Tech Repair & Administration Officer

About the role

A growing team in Tullamarine is looking for a Tech Repair & Administration Officer on a day shift, combining hands-on device repairs with administrative work. The role involves diagnosing and repairing mobile devices while supporting warehouse and administration functions, with time split between technical and operational tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mobile phones and electronic devices
• Perform basic testing, troubleshooting and quality checks
• Process devices through internal systems and repair platforms
• Update repair statuses and maintain accurate records
• Manage Excel trackers and data entry tasks
• Use Microsoft Teams and other business systems for communication and workflow
• Create and maintain shipping and repair documentation
• Receive, process and dispatch devices
• Assist with inventory control and stock management
• Support the wider operations team with administrative duties

Required profile

• Previous experience in a technical, repair, administration or warehouse environment
• Experience repairing mobile phones or electronic devices is highly regarded but not essential
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
• Comfortable learning new systems and processes

Required skills

• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail and data accuracy
• Problem-solving and organisational skills
