Tech Assist – Desktop Support Specialist

About the role

Join Macquarie Group's Tech Assist team to provide customer‑facing and remote support across the bank’s diverse business areas. You will act as the bridge between end‑users and wider technology teams, delivering a high‑quality end‑user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve software and hardware issues for end users on Windows and iOS platforms.
• Troubleshoot and investigate incidents in collaboration with other technology teams.
• Research solutions, contribute to projects and propose initiatives that improve the support environment.

Required profile

• Experience delivering desktop support in Windows and iOS environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 productivity and collaboration tools.
• Ability to follow security, regulatory and compliance processes.
