Team Leader – Production Operations

About the role

Join Alex Fraser, Australia’s largest manufacturer of recycled construction materials, as a Team Leader at the Archerfield Recycling Facility. This full‑time role involves supervising production operations and ensuring efficient maintenance of plant and equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day production operations and make decisions impacting overall business performance.
• Manage and develop the team to achieve production goals.
• Operate and maintain various vehicles, plant, and equipment, including mobile and fixed assets.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising operations with a focus on production improvement and maintenance.
• Background in mobile and fixed plant environments, preferably mining, mineral sands, or crushing hard rock.
• Front End Loader experience and strong maintenance skills.
• Ability to multitask, make quick decisions under pressure, and build strong stakeholder relationships.
