Principal/Engagement Manager/Associate – Energy

About the role

Oliver Wyman is seeking experienced professionals to join its Energy practice in Perth. You will work with electricity generators, retailers, and energy companies to address strategic and operational challenges across renewables, storage, EVs, hydrogen, and carbon reduction.

Required profile

• A minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably with a top‑tier strategy consulting firm or similar project‑based environment.
• Strong knowledge of the Energy and Natural Resources sector, with breadth or depth in one of the practice areas.
• Proven track record of leading teams or work streams and delivering against tight deadlines.
• Self‑starter and independent thinker who works well within a team.
• Clear communicator with respectful interaction style.
• Willingness to travel and business‑fluent English.
