Associate/Engagement Manager – Performance Transformation

About the role

Join Oliver Wyman’s Performance Transformation team in Perth and help clients reshape their strategies and operations. As an Associate/Engagement Manager you will lead projects, guide senior stakeholders and contribute to the firm’s thought leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day delivery of client engagements, ensuring on‑time, high‑quality results.
• Manage complex programs, applying Oliver Wyman best practices and technical expertise.
• Develop hypotheses, conduct analytics, synthesize insights and produce actionable deliverables.
• Support business development by identifying new opportunities and creating intellectual capital.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in strategy/management consulting or business transformation, preferably in a top‑tier firm.
• Experience in Energy & Resources (mining, metals, power, utilities, renewables) is a plus.
• Strong commercial acumen, problem‑solving ability and judgment.
• Proven leadership, mentoring and small‑team management skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
