Associate/Engagement Manager – Performance Transformation

About the role

Join Oliver Wyman's Performance Transformation team in Perth to help clients shape and implement strategies that drive organisational change and improve performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day client project delivery, managing relationships and commercial processes alongside partners.
• Oversee complex programmes, ensuring on‑time delivery and alignment with Oliver Wyman best practices.
• Guide clients as trusted advisors, influencing strategy execution and commercial decisions.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute thought‑leadership across a range of topics.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting or business transformation, preferably in a top‑tier professional services firm.
• Experience in the Energy & Resources sector, especially Mining, Metals, Power, Utilities or Renewables.
• Strong commercial acumen, problem‑solving ability and judgment to deliver results.
• Proven leadership, mentoring and small‑team management skills.

• Project management and ability to balance competing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
