Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and coach a team of Novated Leasing Consultants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealerships and industry partners.
• Support revenue growth through effective sales leadership and client engagement.
• Monitor team performance, pipeline activity and conversion metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement across sales processes and customer experience.
• Assist clients with novated lease enquiries, applications and complex scenarios.
• Deliver training, knowledge sharing and capability development initiatives.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, regulatory changes and market developments.

Required profile

• Previous experience in novated leasing, salary packaging, automotive finance or a related financial services environment.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor and develop high‑performing teams.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing sales pipelines, performance metrics and operational workflows.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
