Team Lead Systems Engineer – Windows & O365

About the role

Insignia Financial is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to lead a team of up to 10 engineers and contractors. You will stay hands‑on with Windows Server and Microsoft 365 while providing technical leadership and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing Infrastructure Engineering team.
• Oversee ServiceNow queues, ticket management, escalations and SLA performance.
• Drive operational excellence across Windows Server and Microsoft 365 environments, including vulnerability remediation and platform health monitoring.
• Support core services such as Active Directory, Exchange and Entra ID.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives, automation opportunities and on‑call support coverage.

Required profile

• Strong experience supporting enterprise Windows Server and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Proven track record of leading, mentoring or developing technical teams.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Collaborative leadership style with a passion for helping others succeed.
