Tax and Business Advisory Manager

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Tax and Business Advisory Manager to lead a high‑performing team within a progressive, multi‑disciplinary firm. You will manage a growing fee base, deliver complex tax compliance and advisory services, and influence the strategic direction of the division.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client relationships with confidence, professionalism, and strategic insight.
• Provide high‑quality advice on complex tax and financial matters.
• Mentor, coach, and develop junior staff, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Drive team performance against financial targets, billings, write‑offs, and profitability.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver holistic client solutions.
• Support implementation of divisional strategic goals and specific business projects.
• Actively grow and manage your own fee base.

Required profile

• Fully qualified CA or CPA.
• 8+ years of public practice experience in tax compliance and advisory.
• Proven track record of leading teams and achieving financial performance.
• Excellent communication and client‑relationship skills.
• Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
