Talent Sourcer / Sourcing Recruiter – APAC

About the role

Join Hitachi Vantara’s APAC Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Sourcer / Sourcing Recruiter. You will build and nurture pipelines of high‑quality candidates to meet the talent needs of the DEAI organization across the APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Support the APAC Head of Talent Acquisition by providing market insights and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Proactively target, attract and engage talent through social media and other channels to build an engaged pipeline.
• Qualify candidates for skills, experience and cultural fit, and present diverse shortlists to hiring managers.
• Collaborate with global TA teams, HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders to anticipate future hiring needs.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in sourcing and attracting talent across APAC.
• Fluent in English with the ability to work across sales, tech and corporate functions.
• Proactive, structured approach to workload management and candidate experience.
• Experience in global environments and engaging talent internationally.

Required skills

• Advanced search capabilities using a variety of sourcing tools and methods.
• Strong social media proficiency for employer branding and talent engagement.
