Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end‑to‑end recruitment across Australia. You will partner closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners and hiring managers to attract top talent that drives business success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives, collaborating with HR and hiring managers.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition creation, sourcing, offer management to onboarding.
• Leverage market intelligence, data and hiring insights to influence decisions and improve outcomes.
• Source, engage and attract high‑quality candidates through direct sourcing, referrals, social media, talent mapping and networking.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, identify trends and drive improvements in efficiency, compliance and effectiveness.

Required profile

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience in an in‑house or agency setting.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end recruitment across diverse functions and stakeholder groups.
• Strong consultative and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all organisational levels.
• Experience in fast‑paced, matrixed environments and a track record of meeting recruitment KPIs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Workday recruitment module.
• Experience using sourcing technologies and tools for talent mapping.
