Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end‑to‑end recruitment across Australia. You will partner with HR Business Partners, business leaders and hiring managers to attract top talent that drives business success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Leverage talent market intelligence and data to influence hiring decisions.
• Source candidates through direct sourcing, referrals, social media, talent mapping and networking.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Represent the business at recruitment events, career fairs and networking opportunities.
• Lead initiatives in employer branding, diversity & inclusion, graduate recruitment and process optimisation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, in‑house or agency.
• Proven success managing end‑to‑end recruitment across diverse functions.
• Strong consultative and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
• Demonstrated delivery against KPIs such as time‑to‑fill and quality of hire.
