Senior Change Manager

About the role

Marsh is looking for a Senior Change Manager to join its Investments team in Sydney on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. This hybrid role requires at least three days per week in the Barangaroo office and involves translating strategy into clear change activities that support adoption, alignment, and delivery across a large matrixed environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead change management across a portfolio of connected initiatives, including BAU change, transformation, governance, and operating model uplift.
• Collaborate with sponsors, project managers, and business leaders to develop clear change plans aligned to delivery milestones.
• Identify impacts, stakeholders, and dependencies, and support engagement across a matrixed environment.
• Design and deliver communication, readiness, and adoption activities that help people understand what is changing and why.
• Track progress, surface risks or resistance, and provide clear reporting to relevant governance forums.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in change management with a strong communications background.
• Experience working in a large, matrixed environment and partnering with multiple stakeholders.
• Well‑developed communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
