Talent Partner

About the role

Tracksuit is looking for a Talent Partner to join its Talent team in Sydney or Auckland. You will own recruiting outcomes across New Zealand, Australia and occasionally the US and UK, partnering with hiring managers in Customer, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Product and Engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Find and hire top talent, owning full‑cycle recruitment from posting to contract.
• Partner with hiring managers to craft compelling job ads, coach interview processes and ensure high‑quality hires.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing in tech, startup and marketing communities.
• Deliver a warm, respectful candidate experience for all applicants.
• Use AI daily to source candidates, draft communications and reduce administrative overhead.
• Analyse recruitment data in Ashby to inform decisions and continuously improve processes.
• Help shape the employer brand through events, social media and partnerships.

• Entrepreneurial mindset – spot clunky processes and fix them.
• Hands‑on attitude, ready to interview senior hires or refine templates as needed.

Required skills

• Proven full‑cycle recruitment experience in SaaS or high‑growth tech environments.
• Strong network in the NZ or Australian tech/startup community.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, preferably Ashby, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience using AI for sourcing, communication drafting and workflow automation.
• Ability to analyse funnel data and make data‑driven hiring decisions.
