Talent & Culture Advisor

About the role

Sea to Summit is seeking a Talent & Culture Advisor to join its Perth team. You will work closely with the broader HR function to deliver end‑to‑end employee lifecycle services and support business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare employment contracts, variations and related documentation.
• Manage onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including probation reviews.
• Process fortnightly payroll for Australia and Europe and ensure accuracy of payroll reports.
• Submit employee data and employment changes on time, supporting reconciliations, audits and compliance with awards, legislation and internal controls.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS, conduct regular data audits and generate HR reports for workforce planning and leadership.
• Identify trends and contribute to process improvements that reduce payroll risk and increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in payroll processing.
• HR Generalist background with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and a people‑first approach.
