People Learning Culture Coordinator

About the role

Join Southern Cross Care WA as a People Learning Culture Coordinator and support the People Services team across HR, WHS, L&D and recruitment. Based in our Rivervale office, you will enjoy a hybrid work model with the flexibility to work from home two to three days per week.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the People Learning Culture (PLC) email inbox, triaging employee queries and directing them to the appropriate team.
• Process onboarding, terminations, transfers and other employee lifecycle changes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee records, databases and filing systems, ensuring confidentiality.
• Prepare monthly and ad‑hoc HR reports and update organisational charts.
• Update employee contracts under management instruction and handle general administration such as invoice processing and service award coordination.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years of experience working in an HR or related administrative role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain high levels of discretion.
• Relevant HR qualifications or training is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in standard office software for data entry and reporting.
