Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Infrastructure

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for infrastructure projects. You will partner with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent across construction, infrastructure and defence markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to hire, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs, create job adverts and plan hiring processes.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn and other tools, build and maintain a talent pipeline, and track performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with recruitment regulations.

Required profile

• Professional HR or Talent Acquisition qualification.
• Minimum 4 years of recruiting experience, preferably within construction, infrastructure or defence sectors.
• Proven ability to recruit project managers, cost managers or project controls specialists.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and similar sourcing platforms.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system for reporting and collaboration.
• Knowledge of recruitment‑related regulations and compliance requirements.
