Senior HRIS Analyst - SuccessFactors (Fixed Term)

About the role

Metcash is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst (SuccessFactors) to deliver expert functional and technical support across its SAP SuccessFactors platform, ensuring system stability, enabling change and driving continuous improvement in partnership with People & Culture, IT and external vendors. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Macquarie Park.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 support for SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring system stability, data integrity and timely issue resolution.
• Act as escalation point for complex system, access and configuration matters.
• Support system enhancements, configuration changes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead release activities including impact assessments, testing, UAT and post-release support.
• Partner with People & Culture, IT and external vendors to deliver HRIS solutions.
• Create and maintain user documentation and support resources, and drive capability uplift across the HRIS community.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a functional SME supporting SAP SuccessFactors in a production environment.
• Solid understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle data and organisational structures.
• Experience supporting system enhancements, upgrades, testing and post-implementation activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and customer-focused service capability.
• Ability to collaborate with People & Culture, IT and external partners in a complex enterprise environment.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of the Recruitment and Onboarding modules, with hands-on configuration and support experience.
• SAP SuccessFactors (Level 2/3 support).
