About the role

Virtus Health is expanding its People & Culture team and is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager and a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Both positions will work in a hybrid or remote setting, focusing on delivering a smooth and enjoyable recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across the organisation.
  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer negotiation.
  • Coach and support the Talent Acquisition Specialist in daily activities.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Maintain and promote the employer brand to enhance candidate experience.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a fast‑growing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead or mentor recruitment teams.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Passion for creating a positive candidate journey.
