Talent Acquisition Lead – Capital Markets, Leasing Advisory, Corporate Functions

About the role

JLL is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to design and execute a world‑class recruitment strategy for its Capital Markets, Leasing Advisory, Corporate Functions and Early Careers lines across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition APAC, you will act as a trusted advisor to business and HR leaders, driving innovative sourcing, technology adoption and a market‑leading candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for senior and critical roles, applying a consultative, B2B‑style sales approach.
• Partner with business leaders to define candidate profiles, value propositions and compensation strategies.
• Build proactive talent pipelines using data‑driven sourcing techniques and maintain robust talent communities.
• Champion JLL’s TA tech stack (Workday, HireEZ, HireBuddy) and automate high‑volume hiring while preserving a personalized candidate journey.
• Design and deliver targeted recruitment marketing campaigns and promote the employee referral program.

Required profile

• 10+ years of talent acquisition experience in corporate, RPO or agency environments, preferably within professional services, real estate, finance or consulting.
• Proven track record of sourcing, assessing and closing diverse talent in fast‑paced markets.
• Strong understanding of Australian and New Zealand labour laws.
• Experience managing campus or early‑career programmes is highly desirable.

Required skills

• High proficiency with Workday ATS.
• Hands‑on experience using digital sourcing tools such as HireEZ, HireBuddy and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to leverage automation and analytics dashboards to improve hiring speed and quality.
