Supporter Engagement Specialist (Gifts in Wills)

About the role

Troocoo is recruiting, on behalf of a well-regarded not-for-profit organisation, a Supporter Engagement Specialist (Gifts in Wills) based in Brisbane. The role strengthens supporter relationships and delivers initiatives that support long-term fundraising success.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with supporters considering or committed to leaving a gift in their Will.
• Deliver tailored engagement activities that create meaningful supporter experiences.
• Coordinate supporter events, communications and stewardship initiatives.
• Develop personalised engagement journeys and work with the Supporter Engagement Lead and the fundraising team.
• Engage supporters by phone, email, events and face-to-face meetings.
• Maintain accurate records and supporter information in the CRM, and monitor engagement outcomes and reporting.
• Represent the organisation at supporter and community events when required.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in fundraising, supporter engagement, donor care, customer experience or relationship management.
• Experience coordinating engagement activities, events or stakeholder communications.
• Current driver's licence and flexibility to travel when required.

Required skills

• Strong communication skills, able to engage supporters by phone and in person.
• Experience with CRM systems and record keeping.
• Highly organised, with strong administration skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously in a collaborative team.
