Lifecycle Marketing Lead - Ecommerce

About the role

Adventure Operations (AO), an Australian consumer goods company behind outdoor brands such as OZtrail, Companion, Campfire, Ozpig, Jamec Pem, Trade Flame and MTB Direct, is looking for a hands-on Lifecycle Marketing Lead in Brisbane. The role owns the CRM channel across the portfolio, with a focus on OZtrail and MTB Direct, and runs Klaviyo email and SMS day to day while building the loyalty program from scratch.

Key responsibilities

• Build, test and optimise automated flows: welcome, abandon, post-purchase, win-back, replenishment and more
• Plan and send email and SMS campaigns in line with the promotional calendar
• Run a structured A/B testing program and feed the learnings into every future send
• Lead the end-to-end build and launch of a new loyalty program in Yotpo
• Manage segmentation, list hygiene, consent and deliverability across multiple brands
• Track lifecycle performance and turn insights into action that grows retention, repeat purchase and owned-audience revenue
• Work closely with the eCommerce, Creative, Product and Customer Service teams

Required profile

• Hands-on experience building flows, campaigns and segments end to end
• Experience running multi-channel lifecycle marketing across email and SMS
• A track record of A/B testing and using data to drive results
• Strong copywriting and proofreading skills, with an eye for brand and detail
• Confidence juggling multiple brands and competing priorities

Required skills

• Klaviyo and Shopify
• Loyalty or rewards platform (Yotpo ideally, but Okendo, LoyaltyLion or similar is welcome)
• Email deliverability, list hygiene and consent management
