Supply Planner

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Global Operations, you will ensure the right product, materials and packaging are in the right place at the right time across manufacturing and packing sites. You will be central to the S&OP process, turning demand into a supply plan that balances service, cost and working capital.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the monthly supply and materials planning meeting within the S&OP cycle and convert consensus demand into a constrained supply plan.
• Translate rolling demand forecasts into supply, purchase and shipment plans, presenting gaps, risks and recommendations.
• Build and maintain the rolling production schedule and purchase order plan across contract manufacturers and suppliers, balancing capacity, lead times, MOQs and cost.
• Run scenario and what‑if modelling for demand swings, supply disruptions and capacity constraints.
• Monitor stock health across warehouses and 3PLs, proactively managing out‑of‑stock, excess and ageing risks.
• Convert approved supply plans into timely purchase orders and track delivery with suppliers and co‑manufacturers.
• Act as Cin7 super‑user for planning and purchasing, maintaining accurate inventory transactions and master data.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in supply chain or a related field.
• Significant supply planning experience (7+ years), preferably in FMCG.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, changing environment, working independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong ERP and planning tool experience, specifically Cin7.
• Knowledge of BOMs, lead times, MOQs, safety stock and supplier parameters.
