Supply Chain & Procurement Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking a Supply Chain & Procurement Manager to join its Supply Chain and Procurement team. You will work across Retail, FMCG, energy and resources clients, helping them design and implement future‑ready supply chain strategies, technology solutions and operating models.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute supply chain and procurement strategies, targeting people, process, technology and data.
• Improve end‑to‑end operational processes such as buying, merchandising and Demand‑to‑Pay to reduce costs and boost efficiency.
• Design, implement and optimise digital supply chain, merchandising and procurement technologies.
• Lead large‑scale transformation programmes, collaborating with cross‑functional client stakeholders.
• Conduct analysis, develop insights and produce high‑quality deliverables including reports, models and roadmaps.

Required profile

• Consulting background with experience delivering transformation projects.
• Proven expertise in supply chain and procurement strategy, operating model design and technology transformation.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Experience in at least one of the following sectors: FMCG & retail, energy, utilities or resources.

Required skills

• Hands‑on or advisory experience with supply chain, merchandising or procurement technologies.
• Interest or experience working with AI in supply chain contexts.
