Supply Chain Manager - Logistics Services

About the role

Boeing Defence Australia is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for the Logistics Services team within the ACEA Sustainment Operations. Based at RAAF Base Amberley, you will lead a high‑functioning team responsible for supplier relationships, in‑service needs, and contractual commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Execute supply, procurement and stock assessment services delivered by the supply support team.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools for supply chain performance, financial performance (DCS) and FMS delivery.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration among stakeholders to ensure alignment of supply chain activities.
• Monitor and report KPIs for supply chain performance, including FMS deliveries and DCS financial commitments.
• Manage and resolve complex supply chain events such as AOG, escalating issues when required.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience in Defence aerospace/Foreign Military Sales (FMS) supply chain management.
• Experience in Defence warehousing and distribution systems.
• Proven team leadership and management experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Australian Defence Force Electronic Supply Chain Manual.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Security Cooperation International Portal and related in‑house solutions.
