Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Lead Jotun Australia’s Supply Chain and Operations team to ensure products and services are delivered safely, efficiently and on time. The role focuses on HSEQ, inventory control, people development and continuous improvement across logistics, production and other business areas.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and support the Operations team in line with Jotun’s Leadership Expectations.
• Ensure compliance with local requirements, Jotun standards and relevant ISO standards, taking responsibility for HSEQ performance.
• Drive continuous improvement through the Jotun Operations System and agreed KPIs.
• Coordinate operational activities, priorities and improvement projects, promoting cooperation between Logistics and other functions.
• Manage operational budgets, capital investments and improvement initiatives, and oversee logistics, stock management and quality control across all warehouses.

Required profile

• Relevant qualifications in related fields and proven leadership experience within supply chain, logistics, production or operations.
• Full Australian working rights (permanent residency visa or citizenship) and strong written and spoken English.
• Engaging leadership style, ability to work independently, strong collaboration and relationship‑building skills.
• Well‑organised with the ability to plan effectively, manage competing priorities and a strong commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory management and operational planning.
• Good understanding of HSEQ requirements, operational compliance and ISO standards.
• Experience with operational budgets, capital investment planning and financial KPI coordination.
